Cosmic Tallow began as a simple act of care — a mother crafting nourishing skincare from the land she loved.

Founder Dale Sharkey, an organic farmer for 27 years, saw the benefits of tallow but questioned the claims made by most makers. With deep knowledge of what truly makes a product organic and pure, she began experimenting in her kitchen.

Serving Teton Valley, Idaho and Jackson, Wyoming, her family farm, Cosmic Apple Gardens is known for producing exceptional veggies, meats, and eggs. Wanting to create skincare as clean as the food they grow, Dale rendered tallow from her own regeneratively raised, certified organic, grass-fed and finished cows.

What started as a personal project quickly gained local demand. People were searching for truly clean skincare made from real, recognizable ingredients — and with the certifications to back it up.

And so, Cosmic Tallow was born.

Each jar is crafted in small batches with only certified organic ingredients, made with the same integrity as those first experimental batches.
